Join us for mindful movement sessions focused on releasing tension and creating space in the body and mind. Classes emphasize the element of Air (Vayu): lightness, freedom, and the art of letting go through movement, breathwork, and meditation. Each class will help you develop clarity and openness, embracing change with ease and grace.
Group and private classes are available. All levels are welcome. Sessions are indoors and are designed to meet your needs.

Fee: $30/class (drop-in) or $100/package of 4 classes
