Join us for mindful movement sessions focusing on cleansing the mind and body from the previous year. Classes emphasize mindful reflection and setting positive intentions or Sankalpa for the year ahead, encouraging a “beginner’s mind” approach to the practice. Each class will help you develop clarity and openness, embracing change with ease and grace.
All levels are welcome. Sessions are virtually hosted and are designed to meet your needs.
Mondays: 5:30pm & 6:30pm (“Wings of Clarity” Energizing Hatha Yoga Flow)
Wednesdays: 5:30pm & 6:30pm [ “Breath of Lightness” Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra ]
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00am & 10:00am (Clearing the Clouds - Deep Release Yoga - Somatic)
Fees:
Virtual - $30/class or $100/package of 4 classes
