A portion of all proceeds from MoreU supports the Sakhi Project in Rajasthan through the Toronto Calcutta Foundation—an initiative that empowers young girls in rural villages to become self-sustaining entrepreneurs through sewing, skill-building, and business education. This work helps them build independent futures without leaving their families or communities. I am also honoured to offer no-fee classes to veterans and members of the armed forces, and I provide yoga services through the local Legion as a way to support those who have served. These sessions are grounded in trauma-informed, resilience-based practices that can be especially supportive for first responders, or anyone navigating PTSD, stress, or emotional fatigue.
